There is no delisting per price range on the AMEX !!!!!!!You guy's really need to learn if you invest in stocks. . .
AMEX rules - http://nyseamexrules.nyse.com/AMEXtools/PlatformViewer.asp?SelectedNode=chp_1_1_1&manual=/AMEX/CompanyGuide/amex-company-guide/"The Low Selling Price ProvisionSections 1003(f)(v) provides that the Exchange may delist a security when it sells for a substantial period of time at a low price per share."
O.K. , now did you see about the market Cap ??A Company needs to have $4,000,000.00 Cap and NBS has 37.4 Mil. so NBS does not fall in any delisting rules at this time, so you can get that out of your head. . .Unless you have a real problem with NBS????
