This company is probably going to post revenue of $4 million and is going to post a loss of about -$7 million. That would be another terrible quarter with loss even larger than total revenue. I suspect they will drop from a valuation of $90 million to $50 million (to about $0.30/sh). Look for tangible book value to fall below $20 million. What a waste management is!
So your guess is they will drop out of the box they have been holding for months now? What are you basing your revenue and loss analysis upon? And when do you think they will publish earnings? Do you also think the new man on campus (Potter) is incompetent?
I expect little new from Neostem. There have been few tangible steps of progress. Most of what you see released by Neostem are just distractions from the true story of managment attracting and fleecing investors (these distractions include slide shows, PRs, the Potter-on-the-Board announcement). I believe earnings will be the week of Mar 20th just like last year. Enjoy.
