Hey, clueman, don't you know after two first-in-class diabetes drugs being approved by FDA, amln's mktcap dropped to $1.5B. What's nktr's mktcap now? can nktr be compared to amln?

    • Can Nktr be compared to AMLN.

      I really don't think so.

Amln was a brand new therapy. It takes a lot of marketing to pull that off. Shorts came in and ate her alive.

NKTR is just insulin with a new delivery. This thng will sell intself as soon as the D. public hears about it. And, no short interest to speak of in this stock. 10% ain't shit. Amln was 28% and owned 110% by institutions.

That's what I think too. exubera is just another insulin with better delivery, nktr has only a small part of it. byetta LAR will decrease insulin usage by a big amount. NKTR mktcap / amln mktcap = 1/2 is very generous to nktr. nktr price may go higher, but not too much. If it goes up to $30 or even $60, people are crazy. I have no position in nktr. It's just my 2c talk.
