I think it's a good time to look at the reasons we invested in this stock. As we know, there are investors and there are traders. Here's the difference IMHO:
investors - look at the medicine and say "holy smokes! It freaking works!" traders - have no clue what's going on w/LTSLs and think they need to buy a vowel to put between the consonants
investors - realize it takes time for the cream to rise to the top; traders - think that every tick down screams "sell! sell! sell!"
investors - think in terms of multiples (10x, 20x, 30x, BMCs) traders - think in terms of pennies here and there
investors - know better than to try timing the market, especially when we're talking the cancer answer traders - think that charts, formulas and trends can tell them something a coin toss can't (no offense to you technical guys!)
investors - think in terms of the effects T-Dox and the rest of the pipeline will have on humanity traders - think in terms of thsmesleves and short-term profits
investors - know they will eventually make enough money to forget about a few ups and downs traders - will kick themselves when T-Dox is the first of many approved CLSN meds and think "woulda...coulda...shoulda..." on holding shares.
I am an investor in Celsion today and into the next milenium. I took a hit for $50k today but had a nice dinner at Landrys in Branson with my outlaws.......inlaws. If TDOX works well I will be able to retire and enjoy my life. If TDOX works well then many people around the world will be able to enjoy a better quality of life and maybe live a lot longer. IT WORKS WELL !!!
Markets go up and down, this is simply part of the journey. I personally do not like to kick a down person but with the DNDN layoff scenario there will be a lot of great applicants coming our way.
I sent an e-mail to HQ regarding price range of thermodox this morning. Our "so-call" competitors have provided CLSN an excellent marketing opportunity to launch from. Especially in light of the growing sensitivity of product price for performance. I lost my Dad to cancer and I can only imagine his response if I suggest spending $93K for 4 months; no matter who was picking up the tab.
good post. There is some good information put forth from some of the people on this board and I appreciate the efforts in communicating the difficult issues surrounding what is ahead. I can't contribute much to what is said but encourage those that do post to keep on educating and keeping us up-to-date. I work a day job and don't have much time to spend in the market so I buy and hold. When I see days like this, I take the opportunity to nibble up a few more shares. Hope we all do well here. havagoodin'
