Questions?
Mojo.
That's wild W4 - I just used "ties his shoes" in a post one minute ago.
Forgetting the clowns, this is a great board - and as I just posted -- love the risk/reward -- definitely interesting time period.
SRT, he's so stupid he still doesn't know what an Odaat is and who is Mitch.... just pure stupidity! Can't understand how he ties his shoes...

Oh so now I have more then one account?
Your the dumbass then
Mojo, why should we care, even if you thought you had a case.. against anyone, do you think retail investors could get anything out of these folks? You are losing any creditability on this board you may have had thinking you can go after another MB poster to any avail. How many cases have been successfully prosecuted and how has it ever helped the retail smooes like us? Get off you high horse and go back to calling the closing price... you've had some success at that.

Actually it is illegal and yes people, common people like yourself, have been sued for it.
for what?
This is an open forum internet message board. As long as posters are not officers of the company, then people can say whatever they want. Caveat Emptor, buyer beware etc. Don't expect what you read here to be true based on the fact that you read it here! This MB is a great place to get leads on information, but use your own brains, confirm the information, due your own due diligence yadda yadda yadda.
Persinally I think this is one of the best MB's I have ever read. But I do my best to verify everything I read here ON MY OWN. I do not rely on any post or any person for my investment decisions and neither should you!
SEC and FINRA won't even give a second look to anyone who calls to complain about a message board poster.
Seriously, what did you expect to happen? A stranger to you, an unknown face, a name in the dark, wrote something on a message board and you used that to make an investment?
FINRA and SEC will probably ban YOU from investing! If they do anything at all....
How about we get back to the business of just sharing info and ideas, rather than trying to crucify someone because he "speculated" about an event that may or may not happen?
I LIKE all the speculation. It brings out good ideas and questions that I may not have thought of myself. But I don't rely on any of it. I investigate it on my own and reach my own conclusions...
As should all of us.
Cheers
;^)
Cans, you said better than I, FIVE STARS for the most realistic post of the month, if not longer!

ps. MOJO get a grip on reality!
Is that you Odaat?
Who was that mask-man ??
