I see many folks feel Pfizer is the one. Any idea what price they would pay? Has Pfizer paid a large premium for a Phase 3 Company in the past? ....because that is what it would take IMO A BIG PREMIUM, otherwise CLSN board will hold out.
No buyout but a very very high chance of partnership. I highly think this will happen due to the recent joint venture Pfizer created with Hisun in China. Hisun just happens to be our Thermodox producer. Just google pfizer and Hisun and it will come up. It just happened a few days ago. This board wouldn't allow me to post the link.....GLTAL's
No buyout, maybe partner............production partner already set in China with top company already producting several drugs used with Chemo worldwide; partner with Yacult in Japan; partner with Philips Med division for heat instruments. CLSN Mgt is not asleep at the switch.
I know little more than the next guy and far less than Odaat, but what I would venture to guess is that there will be NO BUYOUT. Rather a BUY-IN. Pfizer will PARTNER with Celsion as our distributor. This drug delivery platform is just too valuable for them to wish to part with a sum of the magnitude required for an outright purchase. Pfizer will likely license Tdox for the liver first and then do a wait and see on RCW results before making a bid for the entire company. By the time they do, we will be well into the triple digits. This methodology works, it's minimally invasive and it will affect the lives of millions. PFE needs a new lifeline and Celsion is it. Thank you Odaat for your excellent work in connecting the PFE "dots".
