Part 2 of what I tried to post the other day.

I have two other reasons I believe it's PFE, but those came from hiding in the ductwork, so I'm keeping them to myself. But I want to admit and apologize. I was wrong thinking it was Merck, and I am confident it is P f i z e r. That's awesome!

Let's just look at some things. I'll take S u t e n t again. S u g e n got bought out by U p j o h n (Pharmacia) when it had 29 million shares outstanding. They didn't have Phase III at that time, let alone the data we're going to have. Look at that buyout, that market, and where they were at in their development, then compare it to Celsion, where we are at in the process, and the market p o t e n t i a l , and the fact that we are not a single rx. We are a platform for drug delivery with phenomenal potential and applications to a myriad of indications in oncology and well beyond. You will see what I mean. This is easily a triple digit stock, and $333 is reasonable. Do the market cap math, it's that simple. Sure, it will be after several forward splits and will not actually read as $333, but it will be its equivalent. On daat I have never waivered for over a decade, nor will I.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

      SRT,
I hate this new Yahoodaat formaat. I wanted to reply to you, but it doesn't let me. Anywhoozers... daat info did not come from the ducts.

Ever since Jeff took Mike out back by the corporate dumpster on the east side utility drive of Lenox road complex and beat him sensless until Mike cried Uncle and declared "Ok, Ok, I will no longer make predictions and forward looking statements that are way to optimistic, and we miss them by miles, and we tick off the shareholders and scare away real investors" we have consistently met or beat every single forward looking estimate from this company. You guys all know I am a 100% Mike supported, period, but let me assure you, I give Jeff all the credit for the major improvement in the company's image, and goal-meeting, since about 18 months ago or so. Anyway - the timeline I was thinking came so close to the 29th anyway that I had to use it because of the 333 thing, of course. I'm an Odaat. But I'm cereal about this...I do think they will be getting their data right at about that time...both based on my calculations of the 380th event accrual (October 23rd) and based on the new Celsion under Jeff's more seasoned ability to more accurately project the perilous path of biotech development. Data WILL be put out in the 4th quarter, imhodaat.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

Back to P f i z e r....if they want in BIG with Celsion, and they have already taken TANGIBLE moves lik the HISUN deal, etc. then that's the end of it, folks...they are not going to let anyone else in. How would they dodaat? Well, the only thing they could do is exactly what I believe, from my time in the air vents, they are doing...and that is they are basically telling Mike "whatever...get the best offer you want...we'll beat it. We intend to guide drug after drug after drug through to approval with your delivery method, and together we are going to make big big bucks for decades to come." Think about it…if P f i z e r wanted to buy us out, they would never have introduced Hisun and Celsion – that connection could only make the whole deal more expensive. It would be like wanting to ask a girl to prom and you treat her to a full makeover before you ask. That would make her way too attractive to other suitors, hindering the odds of your copulation. No, you would only dodaat if you were sure you had a yes already.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

Nope – we’ve got out top notch, worldwide, major pharma hooked with us like industrial strength veclrodaat, and we are going to encapsulate everything but the kitchen sink together.

My post says this: Odaat breaking his silence to admit my error. I have long believed our big silent fish to have been Merck...but it's Pfizer. This is huge, folks.

        Here's what we know:

Celsion was in the very final stages of a license deal with a mid-level pharma. That pharma got bought out in either the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2009. The deal must have included a big upfront payment, because, as you all know, the company let itself get to an almost empty cash drawer at that time. When the deal didn't happen, dilution, dilution, dilution. Well, the deal didn't fall through. Rather, the big fish who gobbled the smaller fish put all such deals on hold / review as they came up with their overall plans for their various programs and pipelines.

I had thought the scenario of Merck buying out Schering-Plough fit, and it does, but what fits much much better is Pfizer, and I have many reasons for daat. But just to start:

        A) It fits the timeline perfectly. Pfizer bought out Wyeth, with the transaction completed in October, 2009...the exact time frame.
        B) What Celsion has to offer is just a perfect fit for Pfizer. They need some profit pipelines for their drugs coming off-patent.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
