The $15 offer will never happen before data. No one will pay $15 without the data, and when the data is analyzed and found to meet or exceed the target, $15 will be to little. If the data does not meet the target even today's price would be to much. I believe that the test will show the drug delivery system is exceeding the target (+30%) so I'm holding my position. I've held for 10 years so whats another 6 months in the scheme of things.
