CLSN and the "threshold securities" list from Nasdaq
I see CLSN made it to the list yesterday. The list is defined as "consisting of stocks for which sellers failed to deliver 10,000 shares or more in the past five trading days and the level of 'fails' is a minimum of 0.5 percent of the shares outstanding."
No one has to cover because they didn't borrow any shares. They just sold shares they don't have and then didn't deliver them. I detest the SEC for allowing this. What do they think their job is, anyway?!
