To All Shorts---- Science and Math

Basically that's what this all comes down to science and math, both subjects you probably never excelled in like every other basher who just comes out of the woodwork.... read the science construct a model and walla good results are always present!

BTW- AF Rule----- are you really banking on that? 80% failure? well let me tell you this it's a delivery system that contains an old tried and tested chemo drug!... and actually the approval is rate quite high for delivery systems about 80% add in a known tried and tested drug it bumps up to 90%... look at TTNP!...------

---RFA will get blown out of the water--- Thermodox + RFA is a no brainer!... logically if RFA was that good nobody would even care especially not the leading exper in the world Dr. Poon to ge tinvolved---

    • Sorry brah, but you are making some massive assumptions there. Sure, it seems like a no brainer to say same treatment, but with a lot of chemo added, is guaranteed to work better. But that is just not the case. This drug only hits the margins of the tumor, adjacent to where the probe was placed. Let's assume that it kills every cancer cell there. What about tumors arising else where that are unrelated to the one treated? What about cancer cells that metastasized prior to the treatment of these large lesions? Also, let's not forget that this trial is based on PFS bro. Chance alone could sink the trial. Even if the drug does work to prevent tumors from forming, patients could still suffer rapid "unrelated" events and that is a mark against the drug. Did it work? Yes, it stopped new tumors that otherwise would have formed. But it still gets marked down as low PFS. Fail. That's some TRUTH.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • The problem is:
      They don't manufacture ablation equipment.
      They don't manufacture dox.
They don't even encapsulate dox themselves.

A fifth grader who can't do math nor science can do what they are doing.
You were conned into paying $250M for that?

TTNP at least has a delivery system that they manufacture as well as the insertion devices.
