I didn't bother to read your instablog because it looked like the same BS different instabogger. So, tell me real quick, did you have any original thoughts in your "analysis"? Did you talk to management? Did you attend the investor day? Did you drink the Citron cool-aid, short chbt, and subsequently suffer from a severe case of confirmation bias?
"I really don't know where you are coming from. I cite evidence. That's what we do when we make a case. Are you saying that citing evidence is plagiarism? That I should make a statement with no evidence to back me up? I'm trying to get your meaning. I don't think you are saying that I have claimed to take Citron photos or to have written SEC documents."
I'll spell it out for you, Matty. Evidence needs to be credible. Citron Research lacks credibility because it is obviously biased. In addition, you know not who took what photos, nor do you know the authenticity of such.
Now, wasn't that easy enough?
Also, my prodding didn't motivate you much. Tick, tick, tick.
"Try and come up with something, ANYTHING, that isn't regurgitated, FOUR months old, stale garbage that others already spouted off about. "
Why? The validity of physical evidence doesn't weaken with age. Social contagion can resist the import of that evidence, for a long time, sometimes permanently. In the stock market however there are usually enough investors who are focused on assets and cash flow to create a judgment day.
"If you were taking an exam, you'd be kicked out of school for plagiarism. The least you could do is use proper footnotes."
1. Plagiarism: I wrote the article. Thanks for the compliment.

2. Posting links instead of footnotes is an internet standard and is in my opinion superior to following a paper trail in a library.
3. I think I'm wasting my time. It's clear you haven't studied CHBT.
4. Your bluster, "I've been nice so far. From here on I'm taking off the gloves.“ When you think about it, "Taking of the gloves," is ambiguous. Go ahead and take them off, pick up a 10-K and make a case. This is not a you-me debate; it is a verification of CHBT claims.
Here's a much better idea Matty.....
Try and come up with something, ANYTHING, that isn't regurgitated, FOUR months old, stale garbage that others already spouted off about.
You know, old boy, ONE original thought.
If you were taking an exam, you'd be kicked out of school for plagiarism. The least you could do is use proper footnotes.
I have severe doubts as to whether you have studied the company and its current issues.
The burden of proof belongs with the company. It claimed stores. They don't exist.
But even so, the photos include street signs and address numbers. You can match them up with the CHBT list. Use google translator to confirm Chinese characters. I've been meaning to put this together with links, so thanks for the prodding. Coming up next.
Wow, that was way, way, way too easy. You took the bait and swallowed it whole. Thank you for defeating your argument. I could not have done it better.
It speaks VOLUMES that you provide pictures from CHBT itself.
Now, I ask, show us the unverified photos of parking lots, garages and bowling alleys taken by some nameless "investigator". Please remember to tell everyone why you're gambling your money on someone:
A) you do not know.
B) you do not know the credentials of.
C) you have no idea If they even left their dwelling or simply snookered you all.
D) may have been me, and now I'm having the final laugh.
Yes, please tell.........
I think I've caught my limit now. Catch and release......
Easy. Are you short CHBT?
"I'll call you out. Show me one OFFICIAL, DOCUMENTED photo of a CHBT retail outlet taken by someone with a NAME which can be verified as to it's accuracy."
Here's one. Company provided photo http://www.chn-biotics.com/c5740/c5783/default.html. That was easy.
“Show me one OFFICIAL, DOCUMENTED photo of a CHBT retail outlet”
What could you mean? If this were a foreign movie, the subtitles would read, “I have not researched the company at all.”
I think we're on different pages here. The company has photos of retail outlets that no one has doubted. Citron also has them. Have you looked into this ... at all?
“Show me one OFFICIAL, DOCUMENTED photo of a CHBT retail outlet”
If you're going to call someone out, don't turn around and step on a rake. We're talking about the stores that are missing and unaccounted for. CHBT needed to provide the photos you are talking about. They didn't. Who are you “calling out”? The fact that we don't have credible photos of retail outlets (or other evidence) is the point against CHBT. You sound like Citron Research in disguise.
There's no time like the present to begin your DD. Here's the problem. The company published a list of retail outlets. Many of the published locations are not retail outlets as claimed in SEC documents, but shelves with some product ... and some locations have no product at all. Here's a relevant link: http://www.therealchbt.com/ Compare all with CHBT 10-Ks and Qs.
Branded outlets were claimed by CHBT but were shown to be missing. (This is where Citron comes in: photos of locations that had no retail outlets on them). The burden of proof rested with CHBT to prove their claim that the stores existed. (Here's where your demand for photos comes in.) But instead of providing the photos, what did they do?
CHBT claims 100+ branded outlets.
Short-sellers publish photos of locations with no retail outlets.
If the stores existed the company could easily photograph them.
Instead, the company “closes” heretofore “profitable” outlets (95 of them in 3 months).
I'll let you have the final word,
“I've been nice so far. From here on I'm taking off the gloves. “
e problem the phone book is that the yellw pages are paid inserts only. CHBT is nowhere in that book.
The white pages are hit or miss and cover some but not all areas. CHBT's main office and 2 retail locations are listed. Not worthy of a dicussion so I haven't bothered.
I have also not bothered with current pictures and the results of in person interviews with the staff in 9 of the stores. (Two more were closed last month) CHBT does not have distributors as you think of that term. They mostly have m-level sale agents that aare called distributors. The majority is now inactive since they would use the stores as selling centers.
If you want official pictures it seems that CHBT would have been the one to present them.
A) If the company never put out a list of stores, tell us Donnieboy, how did Citron ever supposedly check up on them? You dunce, it's been done.
B) When you, Waldo, mmonday and the newest idiot stop blowing each other and realize Citron's investigation is the fraud, let us know.
C) CHBT's stock is doing VERY well, thank you.
