A HALT and Takeover will kill SHORTS right now
Would love to see that....18% short interest, maybe more right now !

Two weeks ago the RSI stood @30 when the stock traded in the 6 dollar range and was way way in the oversold territory....This morning, the RSI stands @56. Accumulation is still going on. Next resistance @7.49. If it's breached, the race to 8 will be attained. Catalyst for August: SVR4 Data coupled with R&D Analyst Day when more Data on 3102 will be presented.

Ditto never seen it before it would be interesting. What would happen. Say they halt it and the price is 22. Would the shorts drive that price right up past it. Dont shorts have stops in to prevent that?? Never shorted so dont really know the answer. Anyone care to elaborate on that kind of scenarion

Pure speculation as to the driver for a squeeze like you cited, but yes the squeeze can power the price beyond a buyout level. Remember, if a short decides to wait it out figuring he's hurt as bad as can be at lets say a take out number of 22, he may get squeezed even further if another bidder comes to play. If its me, I take my medicine and cover... Move on.
