AGREE. I did. Long time customer, moving out, one of the best rates to now one of the worst even in this economy..Other banks offering double of what HCBK is now paying on their accounts.

HCBK lacks credibility, espouses customer satisfaction but the bottom line the customer pays heavy for his illusions!!!!!!!! HCBK IS OUT FOR ITSELF AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!
