where is m and a in banks ? are insiders stubborn still looking for bubble valuations for their bancorps ?

HCBK and many others might be advised to join rather then compete
hcbk would do shareholder right by exchanging for canadian bank TD as they can use these branches , the rates have been mashed no more leveraged profits....TD can see mutual funds etc..........
m and a would add some life to this subsector but thus far nothin'
