P/E is around 20 when you back out the $6 per share in cash and legal fees. Gabelli was speculating eps of $3 in 2014 due to new deal. Those are some high expectations IMHO, but even a percentage of that would be pretty spectacular growth. Still only a few thousand shares volume per day.
Been a shareholder since 2010 and intend to keep my stake forever. I am glad that the street is in the dark. I recommend that you look at the letter agreement on the sec website. These guys at Nathans sure know how to negotiate a deal. This company is going to be much more valuable. Thanks
