"Will this stock continue to tank or is there any good news about to be released."
There has been "good news" about to be released for over two years now.
"I would like to buy this stock on the bottom, but with this stock I cannot tell if that is now or at $0.50?"
There is no need to try to find the "bottom". You would be better served missing the first 10-20% off the bottom. IF, that is a BIG IF, there is any positive news coming from the boys at UQM, you will have ample opportunity to get in on any run in the stock. Again, you may well miss the first 10-20% but you will be better served by letting someone else have that.
The management of UQM have been perrenial disappointers and there is no reason to believe that will change.
Again, let someone else have the bottom, wait for some verifiable and tangible good news, then buy.
