Mr. Michael W. Brennan has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Micro Imaging Technology, Inc.,, since August 2, 2006. Mr. Brennan served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Buckle Holdings Inc. since June 2004. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Logical Imaging Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of Color Imaging Inc. Mr. Brennan was the Founder of Color Imaging Inc., and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since June 2000. From 1997 to 2000, he served as President of Logical Imaging Solutions Inc. From 1991 to 1995, he served as President of Interscience Computer Corporation (Interscience). Mr. Brennan has over 25 years of experience within the computer industry and participated in the founding of four companies. He Founded Computer Automation, Symmetricom Inc. (SYMM), Datum, Inc. and Interscience (INTR) and one on the London International Stock Exchange (Optim, PLC). Mr. Brennan has developed many successful products within the computer industry and holds patents on processes that are widely used in high-speed printing. Mr. Brennan has been Director of Micro Imaging Technology, Inc. since August 2, 2006. He serves as a Director of Logical Imaging Solutions Inc. He served as Director of Color Imaging Inc. since June 2000 and Bell Buckle Holdings Inc. since June 2004. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (London, England) and an adjunct faculty member of the University of Phoenix. Mr. Brennan has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, an M.B.A. degree from Pepperdine University."
