Many people miss the point. I hear people say, 5% 10 year Vs. 6% in things like MLP's. WRONG>

A non growing MLP like FGP pays 9.4%. Take a grower like MMP which is growing at 15.8% per year and paying 6.5%. Add the 15.8% in cap growth to the 6.5% yield and that is +22.3%. And by the way, history says that the unit price follows the distribution but bounces around a bit. Still gets there.

I own MMP, and APL. It's just I am ahead 6.17% in unit price for MMP and I have not had it long enough to get a dist yet. APL is in the lag of the group and I would like to add soon.
