Dividend
Dividends were suspended. They where at risk of violating debt covenants. Divi resumption likely to happen in 2010. There are no promises.

A Min Quarterly Dividend is SUPPOSED TO accumulate. The accumulation is then to be paid out when divi's resume. The MQD is about 0.36 or 0.40.

  Could you provide some reference to this?
  
  I don't believe any MLP has a minimum distribution. They have to pay out based on how well they do - thats by law - but there is no minimum distribution associated with APL that I'm aware of.

  Hard to believe the MQD would be .36 or .40 as that would be higher than last regular distribution of .15per quarter. Just a quick observation but I wish you were right. I am holding and will not sell till I get some money back.
