I wasn't slamming Jeff or Chris Marsh, because these two guys are GREAT sales guys, but I just demonstrating that unless you get a break, you have no chance of having a successful career at SAP. So how many potential Great Sales people do you think our Great CEO has fired in the last 7 months? Except for McDermott, I agree with your assessment. Now if he wants to impress me, he should show great courage and hire JB as head of sales. Jim deserves the job. In order to be an effective leader, your troops have to respect you, and JB definitely has this respect.
