I can say for myself. Recently took XIN profits and came back here. XIN is in same sector and as someone else posted about another has ran up recently too. Figure it is time here. 

Spill over effect? Check out HGSH, another Chinese property developer. Up over 300% in 2 days - supposedly due to insiders buying and trying to take the company private. Maybe some folks think it could happen to other under valued property developers like CHLN - and others don't.
