No other handsets will be sold by any manufacturer in the June quarter until Apple gets its act together. The world consumer market will wait for Apple and not buy one darn handset in the entire June quarter.
Clearly, tongue-in-cheek, only used to frame how little this Apple story concerns Rfmd.
In another year, Rfmd may suffer the same revenue shortfall as Tqnt and Swks due to Apple, but not yet. I'm sure glad Rfmd reports same day as Apple, not after, and before Swks and Tqnt, not after.
I do thank Apple for keeping the premium handset market as expensive as it is. If not for Apple, the Asian makers would probably cave the market to the lowest cost maker for the minimum acceptable features. Apple has lent some cost breathing room for all the neat features by others to be innovated.
