Last time it collapsed like this, the stock eventually hit $.70
That was at the end of the previous replacement cycle and clearly we are at the end of this most recent replacement cycle.
The sector meltdown seems eminent, but then the whole market is at risk as well.
Still like and hold bbry and intc but those are very specific situations.
DBR I have heard from a really good source that the government will just print more money! The only institution that can print money as fast as RFMD prints stock options is the U.S. Govt.
True enough and it could be argued that the increase in the share base has been outpaced by the dilution of the currency caused by QE, which indicates that RMF'D should increase insider share-based compensation, just to keep up with QE.
I think there are a few dollars of free cash flow left for buybacks, so there is room to give insiders more shares to sell.
It's all good.
The time it went to .75 was during 2008-2009 when the whole market and US economy melted down. Since then the lowest low was 3.5ish. RFMD is no so F'd. In fact its a pretty good buy today, and the reflection off the bottom today is proof.
Thus justifying the claim of being a growth company, which in turn is their justification for spending all free cash flow on share buybacks, to offset insider sales.
Really, it is a perfect mousetrap. No need to change anything.
