I do, and that is precisely why I like it because you hate it. It's interesting how the typical investor in the stock market likes to buy things that get more expensive whereas if you go to the store and something is on sale that same person would jump at the chance to buy it.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I actually like reinvesting distributions at +10% than ~7%, it's suprising what the difference is after several years.
Not sure what people are complaining about, company fine and stable, distribution secure yet growth is slow. Stock down a lot due an outside event that does not effect operations or prospects (indexing). If that is not the time to buy/add I don't know what is.
