    Intention to buy back in pre 13th Dec but it has appreciated too much too fast

    MBS prices have gone nowhere since QE3 was announced. Banks have tighter lending policies for real estate so, at some point, anybody who could qualify for refinancing will have done it. The fed is completely out of bullets. Don't fight the fed. Sure.
