Last week I thought the market had come way to high, way too fast, and was cruising for a big correction so I cashed out everything including all my ARR at $7.11 for a very nice profit.
Well, the correction didn't come yet but the SPO was a very pleasant surprise and I was able to load back up at $6.73.
Historically, ARR has always increased in share price after an SPO and the dividend yield at 13.5% is still one of the best deals out there.
I'm very happy.
Buy, everybody, buy, buy, buy.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Although I think long term and discourage people from trying to time the market - Congratulations on your windfall. I would still encourage you to protect your profits by holding and taking the Dividends as they come in like clockwork.
I generally keep part of my position for the dividends and part for trade. Been in ARR for a couple of years now.
Unusual opportunity. I thought that shorting at 7.17 made sense even if the dividend would have to be deducted from the proceeds. Gambling gain of 0.35 per share. Unlikely shot!
I had a sell order in yesterday for $7.06 but changed my minde a little later and cancelled the order.
Well, then you made a bad decision.
