OK all you cheerleaders, (I was one for 3 years). Explain this ? Market up, other REITs up or steady, ARR in the tank, even after the Q4 numbers weren't that bad. The last time I saw this was when people confused ARR with AAR and panic sold, driving the price into the mid 5's. It was still paying .10/share. Even after massive SPOs, ARR hasn't tanked like this in the past. Some of you who've been here a long time know me to be a staunch supporter of ARR in the past, but my patients is gone. I really would like a good reason for this huge drop. love all you oldtimers.
you are savvy enough, iggy, to go with the flow. just bide your time and wait for the drop.
buy when it looks like it is stabilizing some, the stock will climb back to the 7 region and you
can then decide when to trade. simple, right?
@ good guy, thanks for the recommendation. I've been going with the flow since I bought in at $8. I've told myself to go with the flow for a long time. The flow is now looking more like the swirl in a toilet. I'm hoping it gets back to $7 so I can bail and take the capital loss on my taxes, saving something. I'll get into a better run investment. Thanks again. glta.
Ordinarily that would be true. But look at CYS. They cut their div to a 10.6% div yield and the stock goes up. Go figure. I don't understand the attack on ARR unless there is some kind of news bomb coming.
