As the stock price falls $1.33 a share, on the same day - July 10th - two T. Rowe Price entities file a joint amended 13G showing ownership in PBF Energy shares of 7.9% and 5.7% respectively, and Blackrock files a 13G showing ownership of 14.49%. So, T. Rowe Price and Blackrock have quietly acquired a little more than 28% of PBF by the end of June. Makes you wonder how there can be such disparity of views on the share value.
A Mystery wrapped in a riddle. Is it traders getting stopped out to see these moves? I have heard of funds able to sell off a stock as it is able to buy up shares. I have heard of funds able to move a stock up all the while they are unloading huge number of shares. It will be interesting to see if it holds 21.70
