However they were able to pull fluids before plug probs. Clean out rigs have been ordered in but are difficult to find because of demand on there time. Merger is progressing, however slowly. Wells in north Dakota are producing and should provide a revenue stream. This is all information that can be readily obtained from other sources. company representative was very concerned about devulging insider information, and he wouldn't. The reason for nobody doing investor relations was to conserve cash, and that a press release would be made as soon as it could be done and give us some accurate information. Every time I talk to these people, the more I am convinced that they are trying there best to do a good job. Also, keep in mind that they own a lot of shares themselves. the news release dated 5/31 that I read just mentioned a PSA agreement, nothing about the merger. Merger was mentioned in an april news release, but nothing carved in stone. EERG and AMZG are working as one at the new Hardy site. so the merger will more than likely happen, but who knows. If someone has some real solid info I'd sure like to see a post about it.
