    Re: Grubman

Would be nice to see Mr.GRUBMAN suffer the same fate as some of his sterling CONFLICT OF INTEREST recommendations.Bankruptcy, disgrace public and family humiliation for the destruction of wealth that his greed has wrought. With a little bit of luck A.G. Spitzer will succeed in placing him behind bars.

    • Mr. Grubman is still peddling stocks in the telecom sector such as WCOM, T, etc. He goes around giving seminars and speeches to brokers to tell them why they should recommend these stocks. I hope they take what he is saying with a mountain of salt.

    • Here are the facts.
I had a credit card account with your bank (Netscape Platinum MasterCard
      (#############).
In November Ive received a call from customer service regarding a suspicious charge (for a telephone call from France). I didnt authorize this payment, and asked a service representative to close my account immediately, since this charge was not mine and looked like a fraud. Also I said, that I didnt want to open any new account at all.
In a couple of weeks I received a package with new credit cards with a new number (#############). I called and asked to close it. A customer representative assured me it was done.
Soon I received a bill with a transferred balance (included this charge, I didnt authorized, plus late fee). I called to the customer service once again, and again I was told that everything was just fine, and this bill was a mistake. But I continued to receive bills (with the growing finance charges) and letters about delinquent amount. I called again and again, and I got the same answers from the customer service. Then Ive sent you a billing inquiry investigation form.
I still receive bills and letters on a regular basis.
So, Im sending you a billing inquiry investigation form again.

I will highly appreciate if you investigate the situation and close my account with you forever.

      Thank you,
