No need to tar attorney Chuck Prince with profanity. He simply lacks the ability to successfully manage a trillion plus dollar financial institution. The Board -- especially former Treasury Secretary Rubin -- can certainly be faulted for letting Mr. Prince's administration steadily implode to the detriment of Citi's shareholders. While a permanent replacement is sought-out, I'd be happy to see former CEO, John Reed, prevailed upon to come back as an interim CEO.
