Watch the switch take place on Monday May 4th.
Many are going to be surprised how this plays out and it's going to happen. C 5 to 7 / Bac to 3 to 4
I am an investor...not a speculative oriented person. Short...baaahhh. If you look on long term charts...why should I go short...too much work.
But for understanding the current situation and build an adequate opinion I have to look on the financial industries. Or had sold all your stocks last August...I have done it..invested in Bonds 100%. Now I am using the volatility in stocks and play short Call and short Put.
My next questition when can I buy small and medium stocks which are attractive in a free world of growth. But currently thats not possible. It is important to know, that have worked in the world of japanese stocks between 1985 and 1998 - I am stress tested :-)
I don't know if stock prices of C and BAC will cross paths but I do feel dilution for C is already priced in and it will survive and grow given time after Monday announcement and reverse split is done. While BAC may remain stagnant short term due to need to announce a conversion. All this is good for C holders(long) if you bought lower than current price. C isn't going under.jmo
