Here's my golden rule. If you feel the urge to sell because it went down, buy some more. If you feel the urge not to sell because it went up, sell.
That's the day trading rule. But unless you have a lot of money and time, don't try to time the market. Buy strong companies and just hold on. C is a good buy anywhere below $3.50 in my opinion.
