the only way to know what Bove and other analysts REALLY think is to have access to their personal brokerage accounts and see what they're buying/selling
but even this is not enough cuz they all have buddies (operatives) who do their timing plays for them (while the SEC sleeps)
you'd be well-advised to ignore them ... and Bove in particular, especially cuz he has so much sway
Bove is obviously loving all this attention. when he made the whole XLF dip 3% with that comment, you should've seen the look of glee on his face when Kudlow told him "wow, you're a powerful man, one whisper from you and the market takes a dive"
obviously a "powerful man" like that is not to be trusted
