I was having dinner with my colleagues last night and the busboy recommended for us to buy C shares.Do you get it. A guy who makes minimum wage obviously because of a life time of bad errors suddenly thinks C is a good investment ummmm.I know some of you dont want to hear anyone criticizing your baby and I get it.Noone wants to be called a fool but the reality is you will be a bigger fool when you lose all your dollars because of your ego. I said the same thing about WAMU and WAMU LOYALISTS told me WAMU will be 50 dollars soon.oh well.
So.. someone from Harvard believes that because someone is a busboy not only can they not have a good idea, but any idea they do have equates failure. This is your basis for thinking C is a bad stock to own. Nevermind your Harvard education, you know C sucks because a busboy recommended it. You're a f*ckin genius!
BTW I never owned WM when it was traded. But I've learned a lot about their lawsuits and bought WAMUQ, which is up 50% for me. A judgment could be coming out, and some millionaires could be made from it. I'm going to buy some preferred shares this week as there are a lot of assets left in the parent company WMI. It's worth looking into. The preferreds were 21 the other day but hit 26 on Friday. Their face value is 1000. Many believe mist or all of that can be paid by the final ruling.
This is of course a fake story. Everyone knows the cliche about getting stock tips from your waiter. But to choose the busboy is just stupid. Busboys don't talk to customers. Many don't speak english and probably don't have a bank account let alone a trading account. You could do better than this.
And what were these alleged busboys saying when BAC was under 12?
Couldn't agree with you more. I got sucked into this in a moment of pure stupidity. But when I peruse this C board and read the juveniles pumping and calling for it to go to 5.75 by next week, it's enough to shake me into realizing that this stock is headed nowhere or down. Having these fools think they will get rich on C is a bad omen.
