Incentives to lure home buyers didn't work

Just like the incentive to buy new cars, car buyers,- as well as, home buyers did not lure investors's enough demand to hike their prices. Many of whom did it,- to take advantage of tax breaks.

The current consumer confidence index report, is UNRELIABLE, to the current Personal Income and Personal expending reports.

The PCE report was 0%, or less than expected.

The question is, can home prices fall more than the current bottom?

Considering all of those incentives offered to home buyers, if home prices still drop even by a fraction, it means we are still in a home-and-unemployment recession. A chronic recession.
