TAXES ARE GOING WAY UP IN 2011. HEE HEE, LOL

People with no money will have to pay.

Tom Galisano, the Billionaire president of Paychecks, has just moved from New York State to Florida.

He gave the reason that his property taxes were $6,000 a month, and if he lives in Florida for over 6 months out of the year his property taxes will go to 0.

He said "I started my business with $20 in my pocket, and worked 18 hours a day to build the company. I am not going to give it away to people who use the system without working".

He has used his money by giving it to Education, and has built a Children's hospital in Rochester, New York.
