    • Why is citi down almost 3% and other banks are no where near that amout

    • citi is priced not to perfection but to failure.....this is liquidation pricing.....appropriate.....c has not done buyback because they can't afford has been buying back since last year hand over fist.....c is priced as if it is on its last leg.....and pandit lies at every turn reminding ust that water is is screaming out to short c and i have at have limit order to buy at 44 to cover my position ......i pray pandit stays the course and this baby breaks 30 at which time i reload for ride to 100 on buyback.....just that simple.....streeet ain't buffaloed by pandit and parson.....we know what they are doing.....
