TONIGHT ITS PAN ROASTED HALIBUT WITH A SIDE OF CANNELLINI BEAN SALAD
The fish will be very lightly seasoned and pan roasted. A squirt of lemon and it will be delish! The salad is made with cannellini beans, heirloom tomatoes and chunks of creamy avocado. Its dressed with imported Spanish olive oil, a splash of white wine vinegar, s & p and a squirt of lemon. I might even throw on some chili flakes for some pizzazz. Im also Mmmmmm yeah. I will serve this amazing meal with some fresh baked italian bread that we baked yesterday. Soaking up the salad dressing with that crusty bread is redonkulous.
While we feast on this delish dish you horrible libs will prob eat vienna sausages and sauerkraut while guzzling tang.
