audio update
I have tried for 2 days to retrieve the audio data, and only to find the message say that it isn't ready. Anyone else have this problem? Is Alltrista trying to smash the small investors? My stock will probably be worthless after the big boys pocket what they can. If I had received individual shares I could have papered by family room with the certificates.

Gene, you may want to carefully peel the stock certificates off your wall. ALC is up almost 100% since the September low.

It is interesting how quiet the board has been during a substantial runup in the stock price.
Should I interpret that to mean approval of what is going on, or the frustrated silence of those who wanted to see these efforts fail?
Usually one would expect to see at least a few cheers and perhaps an "I told you so" or two.

My model says they can earn over $1.95/share after getting rid of that dog plastic company.
They have defensible products, and should enjoy nice growth going forward. At a 12x P/E, stock is worth $24 in a yr.- 2 Replies to JussDaFacts

I've been so short other stocks lately, I have been defaulting to sell. Absolutely a BUY. And coincidently, some sell side firm CJS, comes out with a buy today, propelling the stock nicely.

JussDaFacts, I can only assume by your statements your sentiment is buy, not sell.
Gene's statements don't make a lot of sense looking at the recent performance of the stock unless you know he is a former employee of the "dog" you mentioned.
