  great move bring back the poison pill to thwart takeovers.
  me thinks maybe a takeover would be welcomed at this point?

    I'm fairly positive Martin wants to milk this for as long as his friends will allow. What else is he qualified to do at this point? His reputation will precede him from here forward.
