I am a long term investor in JAH and a very long term user of FOODSAVER. I recently purchased my 4th Foodsaver due to my current one failing to seal - I thought it was due to age. After buying a new one and again wasting product over and over due to poor sealing I now understand that they have serious quality issues on their main consumable. Contacting JAH or Foodsaver gets nothing but chain letters back. Long term this company will feel the impact as users and investors like me will make our voices heard. We expect quality and service. Foodsaver does not have that any longer - I used to LOVE Foodsaver products and have bought them for gifts on multiple occasions. I hope Martin Franklin decides to step up and fix what is likely the result of rampant cost cutting leading to faulty products. MARTIN FRANKLIN - FIX YOUR PROBLEM. THERE ARE VALID QUALITY CONCERNS - ADDRESS THEM! Do not ignore those who are trying to tell you what is wrong!
