    BABY

This stock is close to a breakout real soon. It's been pushing $11.20 now for awhile.

    It won't be long now.

    GLTA!

    • Turin's post notes that leverage is only appropiate if the company can generate FCF. I agree. IRR is mearly future FCF discounted in PV dollars against the investment needed (in risk adjusted terms).

My thought is that is that if baby cannot generate FCF, what the hell are they still in business for (baby is not a start-up, bio-tech, dot com, etc)? If a company cannot generate an IRR greater than ) ... close the doors.

Fortunately, baby is thriving and should evolve from a start-up mentality to a higher growth company where leverage is appropiate.

      Hope earnings a good tomorrow.

    • I'd be interested in hearing your response to turin151's post. I liked your post, but I think turin raises a good point.

Like most here, I don't know much about corporate finance, but I do have some business experience, so I can understand everything you are saying well enough.

      thank you

      quoting turin:
I agree, leverage if you used correctly is essential. But that assumes two things: that the company can utilise the extra capital in a rewarding fashion, and 2 the company is generating cash. If the company has no free cash flow now, then leveraging the company will only create a strain on it. Baby's starting to turn a positive fcf, so if they continue that way, then the should definitely leverage the company to expedite growth.

    • So the consensus is in.

BABY investor responders have no idea what corporate finance is.

    • What is your basis for a breakout? Hopes? There is no fundamental or technical basis for a breakout. I bought this stock in the 7's and sold at 10 because it is fairly valued at about that price. It is now overvalued.
