Based on a guess without having any historical volatility trackrecord, so being very conservative as to that number, I believe personally the chances of that happening are somewhat between slim and none, which you can verify for yourself by running a few calculations on various speculation as to what volatility 30 90 120 will prove to be. Plus, I think you're leaving out a little factor I hear is called "inflation."
