Unfortunately, it would be difficult to put Suckerberg in jail. I just have a feeling that suckering suckers to over pay for a stock is not that much of a crime. Not like the Ponzi scheme
How about fraud ? How can a public company hand out information about future earnings just to a particular group of people and withholding from the rest of the public ?
