The obvious highlight is ""We don't wake up in the morning with the primary goal of making money, but we understand that the best way to achieve our mission is to build a strong and valuable company.""
Or at the morning bell ring of NASDAQ "‘‘Right now this all seems like a big deal. Going public is an important milestone in our history. But here’s the thing, our mission isn’t to be a public company. Our mission is to make the world more open and connected.’’
This guy controls 56% of the voting shares, this is not a normal public company. I do not even know if they have a board of directors. You cannot even find an annual report. August 20th is the day all his employees have to dump their shares - if you are a millionaire on paper with one asset the right thing to do is sell half to two thirds.
Going to keep falling until it has a visible on paper valuation that is in line with google or similar large cap stock - otherwise this thing is headed to small cap value.
