If online gambling becomes legal in all 50 states, states restrict licenses, ZNGA is a platform that can operate in all or most of the 50 states , quite possibly.

Let's see, how much might be wagered if say one were to predict the day the Zuck's first child (or heir apparent to the Farcebook throne) is born? How could Farcebook monetize or receive a "piece of this action?

Online gambling titan...NOT, here is the landscape with online polker. First off no deal will be done for all fifty states at once, second the big boys in Nevada already been lobby for years and have had a online European poker site a year ago for a trial run. Third Poker Stars paid off a huge fine to the goverment for the full tilt scandal and reimbursed US frozen accounts, which should propel them to the first up and running site. 4th Znga's platform would never catch Poker Stars or any of Nevada online gaming platforms, with the structure or the soon to be tax related money filters. 5th Zynga would still be dancing in the dust of the dessert as it is now.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell
