    More Insiders Dumping Shares

Go to Nasdaq FB and look at the Form 4 filings found under SEC Filings. November 14th-16th is going to be ugly... Maybe as low as $14 when you do the math and factor in 30% more shares dumped on the market.

    • Might want to check your research. Zuckie alone owns 500 million of those shares and he's told the public he won't sell for min 12 months. Other high execs like sandberg sold 1.9% or less. I've shorted the last two lockups and killed it but you gotta think about the buying power that held this at $21. There's dark pool money at play here. Big money is loading up. Think about it. After this monster lockup, what's stopping it from being the monster mover for the jan effect. Look at nflx this year. Jan 1-$70 march 1-$140. Wall st loves the beaten down stocks, I really think this lockup isn't going to drop as much as the others. And after its passed, I see this thing shooting north. Floors at 21. I think your too late to the party, like I said I shorted the last 2, but your on borrowed time at this point. Fb owns 105 million shares for taxes, zuckie owns 500 million, this thing has 10% short float. And 256 million shares unlocked couldn't break the $21 level.

You better be sure. And if you are I'd sell otm puts. You'll make more than shorting. But I don't believe it will drop anymore. I'm long after lockup.
