    short

This is too easy. Whoever accumulates the largest short position and can withstand the short term pain wins. At 43x Ebitda, weak growth, unproven business model this valuation is all hot air. This is going to $24 short term (H&S target). Then possibly lower. Fair value incl. cash and a premium multiple on future earnings expectations is $18.

      • Buy a long OTM call and see how you do. I will do the same, just not when the stock is so high. I'm buying puts here. I will use the proceeds from that trade to play with the house's money long later.

FB could get away with such a valuation when it was a private equity position. Got to admit, these PE boys are experts at selling hot air to MF idiots and retailers. WHo in the right mind was paying that ipo price? Public markets are not efficient exactly for that reason - lack of understanding of basic business truths and no discipline in investing. Retailers are victims of that system - no such amatuers in PE, which is why it is so efficient.

I like the company, just don't see ANY reason why it should be trading in this range.

        Sentiment: Sell
