One thing that you have to remember is that Cramer was former hedge fund scam artist. He still has many friends in low places.
The money he trades is into a charitable trust so he doesn't have skins in the game. Also as many have mentioned, he is often wrong.
I suggest that people utilize Cramer for some research on stocks as well as introductions to different equities and then go out and do their own DD. Don't listen to his picks or his price targets. This does not necessarily mean that FB is bad but don't listen to what he says. Do your own research.
